2011 Tiganello Antinori. This Italiano goodness is unprecedented. This wine, Amaroni, and Brunello are the best of the region. Never disappoints, no matter the year so far. Very fruity for typical earthy Italian wines. — 10 years ago

One of the best years for this particular Napa Cab. The 2005 is exceptional. Very bold, dense, fruit. Enjoy with with your favorite steak or Italian meat pasta dish of course. Can age for another 7+ years easy. — 10 years ago
Went to tasting room in SF nine years ago. Bought one and drank it in 2012. The other went to my father and we're enjoying it now in 2019. Just phenomenal, but drink up -- if you still have any! — 6 years ago
2010 Napa Cabs continue to impress. Love this classic style wine. Not unusual for Heitz to need a little time but this is tasting great now. Oak and spice on the nose. Fruit forward initially, with a smooth oaky finish. — 10 years ago

Absolutely fantastic. This is the bottle and year that turned me on to the Rhône region. Last time I had the 2007 was in 2014. Fruit has settled a bit since but just so good for the region. What a treat! — 5 years ago
