Enjoyable pairing that was distinctly different from other blends and worth having, more than once. Paired well with low acidic meal and can bridge white and dark meat meals very well. Ideal with a plum tomato marinara. — 12 days ago

To be fair, we had this wine with some deserts and it’s not a desert wine. Shame on us in that regard. Separately we had the rest without any pairing. It was okay. We are interested in trying it again with proper pairing to see if it would impress us more. — 3 months ago

Had it with steak fondue. It would have paired better with lamb or paella since the flavor was bolder. It didn’t linger long so it wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t paired well and that was our fault. We would certainly buy it again. Very tasty. — 9 months ago

Rich and full bodied blend that is both complex and unified. It will go great with a flavorful robust stews, grilled meats, and hard cheeses. It works well on its own too if you have a liking for dark reds. — a month ago

I grown a recent liking to Chianti’s so I’m somewhat prejudiced about this one. I really enjoyed it. It was somewhat dry, not bitey, clean finish, and paired very nicely with pasta, red sauce, and meatballs. Inexpensive for a Chianti and a nice treat on a budget. — 3 months ago

My wife rates as an 8 and I rate it as a 9. Significant to when we had it is that we didn’t pair it properly. We had a shrimp and rice meal of modest flavor and this wine pairs better stronger meat flavors, as the label identifies with salami, boar, and lamb. I’d definitely buy again and enjoy without hesitation. Smooth, long finish and pleasant to the palate the entire journey. — 6 months ago

Great grab and go. Good middle ground Syrah that served great as a table wine. Good body. No harsh finish. Enjoyed — a month ago

Pretty accurate to ratings given by others. It’s certainly a pleasant wine that pairs well with lower acidic foods or just a pleasant late day toast with that significant other about all there is to be grateful for. Will definitely buy again. — 5 months ago

Paired with chicken thigh paella. Dry with a fast finish. Somewhat bold flavor that paired perfect with bold flavor paella. The fast finish was perfect with the lasting flavor of the food making the wine not compete with the meal. — 9 months ago
