“Imported” by a family member visiting South Africa, this was one of my first experiences with chenin blanc on its own. A little citrus and stone fruit, a touch sweeter than I desire. Will definitely try more CBs. Delectable could not identify this as chenin blanc vs sauv blanc. — 3 months ago
This is the reason I love Sauv Blancs from NZ - intense tropicality focused on passion fruit, grapefruit, citrus, and pear. Great with food and on its own. Will definitely be drinking again this summer. — 4 months ago
Lots of fruit up front but not overly bold. Easy drinking with red berries and cherries. Low tannins and medium body. I recall liking other varietals from Sokol blosser and will include this on my list of “Will purchase again” even though I’m not sure which grapes were used in this OR blend. — 24 days ago
Not my preferred red style, but this sweet sparkler was quite tasty. Low 5.5% alcohol, and better as a dessert wine than the primary meal complement. — 3 months ago
It’s back at TJs after about 6 years. Besides the $6.99 price, it was hardly worth the wait. Grapefruit, apple, and tropical minerality comprise this Marlborough SB. Something was slightly off at the finish. Good but not great. — 4 months ago
Nothing extraordinary but a good representation of CA Pinot noir. Lots of red berries and light oak and tannins. Prefer the earthiness of a Willamette PN but very drinkable. — 2 months ago
Some melon and citrus but not much of a finish. Were it not for the drop to $3.99 at TJs, I wouldn’t have even tried it. I’m going back to my Marlborough NZ SBs over this Cali. Nothing exciting here. — 3 months ago
Great RRV Pinot with cherry and dark berries mixed with a touch of floral smoke. Delicious but I much prefer Willamette PNs from OR which are generally less expensive and earthy bodied. — 3 months ago
Terrific Syrah/Mourvèdre blend. Bits of dark berries and red fruit with light tannins and a smooth finish. Can’t tell this blend was aged in bourbon barrels but perhaps this is what gives the wine a unique taste. Yum! — 5 months ago

Willamette Pinots are among my favorites but this one was a little unexpected. Surprised that many think this is so light as I found it bolder than most Pinots with lots of cherry, cranberry, red fruits and a little leather. There was a little more tannin and tanginess than expected. Didn’t change my impression of OR Pinots but will go elsewhere for the next round. — 12 days ago
