Opening too early due to a fridge malfunction, dry, pomegranate, herbal, some leather, grippy.. needs another 5-10 years but still delicious — 2 years ago

Really restrained and balanced for an Aglianico .. super enjoyable however I prefer the more full throttle tannic iterations — 3 years ago

So much going on.. dark cherry almost herbal on the nose, dark fruits, clove, medium acidity, medium low alcohol .. generous toasty oak, cigar/ tobacco... Evolves and almost intensifies with time in the glass. Love it — 3 years ago

This is hands down the best Australian Pinot I have ever had. Medium bodied, low acidity. Rose water, strawberries, cranberry, chewy stalky texture in the background. Amazingly integrated and smooth for such a young wine. Given all the issues they had throughout the season... Can't wait for the next release — 3 years ago

Grenache dominant GSM, held up well for a 2003 at 21 yrs old. If you have any lying round I'd drink it soon. After a little oxidation it started to flatten out. — 3 years ago

I drank this wine for over 6 days, initially it was too acidic and unbalanced. I first had this wine two years ago I think and thought it needed some more time. The longer it was open the better it got! Blackberry, mulberry dark fruits, little Smokey, tannin still holding up. Nice dry long finish. Love it. I have one more and am going to try it again in two or three years. — 3 years ago
