Very mineralic, crisp just nicely acidy. All the summer compactly locked in the grapes waiting to be let out and fascinate you.
Goes together with white meat, pasta and probably nice fish. Also good to accompany your cold cut and cheese platter.

Very nice Sauvignon Blanc ideal with pork, asparagus, and food of the summer. Crisp and strong. So don't try to hide it will get to you. Very lemony taste but more mineralic than acid. — 5 years ago

Strong round flavour. Excellent grape. Goes well together with heavy meat like deer, lamb and also beef.
Very natural taste mitigated by any wooden barrel, but the taste of a wood aroma and berry notes prevail. What I call a true and honest wine.
As said, quite heavy so be prudent

A bit watery. Quite ok as table wine I suppose. Not bad, but no highlight. Ok for the price. — 10 years ago
