Deep red color to it. Spicy on the nose with dryness of some grape skins. On first sip, it's dry, velvety, spicy, with cherry black currants. Definitely smoothed out way more after decanting it. It's different then moa tod the wines I've had. Definitely would pair well with some red pasta. — 3 years ago

Strong nose of cherries. Dry with cherry, dark chocolate and tobacco notes. An interesting wine that still is heavy on the tannins despite the age.

Nose is quite light, some flowery and soft peach tones. On first sip, super sweet and sour. I get green apple, peach, sour patch kids, and agave. Would go well with a creamy or spicier dish. — 3 years ago

Dark red color to it. Velvety, cherry, cedar, vanilla nose to it. It honestly has quite a deep red California smell to it. On first sip, mahogany, leather, earthy tones. There is like a strawberry on the back end. Little to no tannins. Fully bodied. For the price, this wine is pretty impressive. — 3 years ago

Unbelievable nose to it. It’s sweet, honey, field of strawberries. On first sip, tobacco, chocolate, red velvet, cherry, raspberry. It’s complex but balanced. Kick of spice on the end. Tannins are balanced. Could of maybe been aged longer. But that’s on me. — 3 years ago

The nose on this, holy, I get petroleum, vanilla, honey, raspberry. On first sip, super smooth, I get honey, strawberry, blueberry, vanilla, oak. Not getting to many spices which I would expect, but it's super smooth, no tannins in sight. Which is impressive for the age. Definitely surprised by this one. — 3 years ago

Velvety red nose to it. Getting cherry and blackberry skins. Dark red purple color to it. On first sip, okay, with black currants and dried apricots. Medium tannins to it. Sour on the end. Not crazy about it. — 3 years ago

Has a wonderful nose to it. Like rich in aromas of spices, oak, cherry skin. On first sip, acidic, tannins, red dark fruit. It's light but spicy. For the age, pretty complex. — 3 years ago

Velvety red color. On the nose I'm getting vanilla, honey, cherry, chocolate. On first sip, sophisticated and complex. Leathery, spice like allspice and peppercorn. That vanilla and black currant come through. For a grilled or spicy meal, this wine would go lovely with it. — 3 years ago
