Haven’t had this in a while but it was a good go to cab for me at one point. I remember it being mid moderately bold and pleasantly integrated in relation to its age. At $20 this one is on par with a label such as Decoy. My recollection is this one is pretty bright and warm as opposed to that big cab backbone. So it’s more of an everyday selection. — 5 years ago

Excellent cab. Although it will certainly benefit from a little more time in the bottle, it is drinking pretty good now. Let it breathe a bit after opening and you won’t be disappointed. — 6 years ago

Definitely not a show stopper but solid. If you enjoy Malbec wines it’s a decent option in the $20 - $25 usd range. — 6 years ago

Pretty solid PN. As others have noted, it’s very full bodied and deep purple. Good balance and smooth. Nice acidity and I enjoyed the warm baking spices on the palate. At under $20 I would buy again. — 5 years ago

Wow. This is an amazing Malbec. This is the first wine to shatter my premise that you can’t find a quality red under $15. I paid 12 and this is now my go to favorite. Very smooth with a great nose and well rounded Malbec notes on the palate. Just wow! — 5 years ago

Good but too tight as others have said. It’s just too young. Certainly has incredible promise and strength now. But the 2014 has not found its way here in late 2019. It’s a wonderfully extracted and potent cab. Give it some time and it will likely yield outstanding rewards. - cheers — 6 years ago

This one comes by way of a good local area restaurant. Really impressed by how smoothly this Pinot presents. It’s medium bodied and simple but not at all unpleasant. This one makes for a good dinner selection. — 5 years ago

Good but not as good as decoy for the price point. True cab. Very tannic. Needs a kick to the integration. The fruit was not pristine or perhaps not well extracted. Not complaining though. It was $20. — 5 years ago

Came to me via recommendation. Good stuff. I was apprehensive that it would be too young but I was pleasantly surprised by how good this is drinking so early. Classic Mendoza goodness. Best of all the price is under $20. Will buy again. — 6 years ago
