Not as good as some of the older vintages. Sour cherry and heavy grapefruit to the point of a bitter finish. I couldn’t decant long enough to smooth it out. — 8 years ago

Delightfully rustic wine with black cherry and french vanilla notes on the nose. Fairly tannic and packed with tart red fruit when first opened, but if you let it open up for an hour or so, it mellows into nice raspberry and blackberry flavors and has a short finish. — 8 years ago
