More bottle time required. Decant. Lots of dark, bing cherry, dark chocolate, cedar, cinnamon. Vanilla. Big wine. Will be worth coming back to another couple of years. — 10 years ago

Wine showed extremely well and opened up beautifully over the course of 2hrs. Recommend decanting and allowing at least 30min+ before consuming. Lots of dark cherry, dark chocolate, delicate spice notes on the palate. Soft yet full mouth-feel. Tannins are soft, integrated and very approachable. This wine is still well on the youthful side but showing the benefits of bottle age. My guess is this wine easily has at least 3 to 5 years of youthfulness. Curious to see if it develops a bit more complexity with time. Would love to pull another cork in 5 to 8yrs. Fantastic showing for BC wine or any region for that matter. — 10 years ago
