An Alexander Valley / Russian River zin blend tells it all. On the lighter side for a zin, but a nice spicy finish with a good amount of green pepper on the nose. That dash of petite Syrah gives it a little depth and color. Fruit forward, but nice and balanced. A lovely dinner wine — 3 years ago
Non memorable. Expected more from this. Would not buy again — 3 years ago
A perfect wine. Full of texture and mouth feel. Feeling like I’m soaking up some sunshine in Napa Valley while I’m drinking this. — 3 years ago
I love this wine because you get a taste of an old school Napa Valley chard, with tones of oak and apple - but at the same time it is crisp and refreshing like a newer, say more Oregon chard. The acidity really makes the difference here. — 3 years ago
This wine proved to me how much of a food wine Barolo really is. When I first opened it and took a sip with no food, I smelled sulfur and rip red fruits. I wasn’t a big fan. Then I had some cold shishito peppers in the fridge and tried some with one of those, and it totally transformed. Subtle red fruit with a dry espresso, chocolate finish. Really lovely — 3 years ago
Had this for Mother’s Day brunch. Earthy, floral, dry but still a ton of zip. Goes great with or without food. I need 10 of these bottles on me at all time. Great price point. — 3 years ago
One of my absolute favorites. Ripe fruits with a hint of spice and a structured finish. On the liter side for a petite Syrah, almost refreshing. A great wine to share, as it is very easy to drink. Let it sit 30 min before drinking. — 3 years ago
First time trying a wine from Uruguay. What a treat! Super mellow, nice light and fruit forward. Perfect little Sunday night wine. — 3 years ago
