Fantastic! Lots of spice, black/red fruits and long finish. Tannins are beginning to integrate better. Decent awhile or hold a couple more years. — 6 years ago
Delicious entry Cabernet from Tom! This is a great everyday wine and gives you a hint of what his more pricey Cabernet will be like. Tom’s wine show great restraint and aren’t fruit or vanilla bombs. This one has black fruits, cherry, toffee, mocha, cedar and maybe charcoal on the nose. The palate carries cherry, graphite, dried herbs, and currant. It needs an hour to really open up but shows very well once it does! This an excellent steak wine. Paired it with a filet — 6 years ago
Gorgeous color and powerful aromas pour out of the glass. Strawberry, red raspberry, violets, crushed stone and a tiny bit of earthiness on the nose for me this go around. Amazingly smooth on the palate where the fruit really shines up front and with cherry, cranberry, and I swear still a bubble gum to it. Fantastic everyday drinker! — 6 years ago
I love this wine and it’s a steal for QPR! Mostly Coombsville (AVA gaining massive popularity) fruit I believe here. Black cherry, raspberry, plum, wet clay, graphite, cocoa, and mocha on the nose and it just keeps evolving. What I love here is the FRUIT (not the oak) really shines in this wine! Juicy plum, cedar and graphite carry to the palate for me. Glad I have several more and will stock up more if I find them! Recently had 2015 vintage also and I prefer this 2014 — 6 years ago

This quickly became one of my favorite wineries! Friendly, approachable, small production, delicious food products and delicious wines! This vintage is 96% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot, and 1% Malbec. I get loads of blueberry, cedar, licorice, flowers (maybe violets), cherry and a hint of peppermint here. Medium body with medium grippy tannins that carry flavors of cherry, licorice and a flint like flavor. Give it time to breathe. Made very much in a old world less fruit forward manner. — 6 years ago
