Les Poyeux Saumur Champigny Cabernet Franc 2010
Started out with a lot of present oak and fruit(blueberry, plum), surprising for a cab franc- a little overt.. Though as it opened up found more of the vegetal qualities expressed, with a grave elegance not found in any Loire I've had thus far. — 10 years ago
The 2010 is an infant right now!!! Still, always fun to drink Rougeard if you can find a bottle! 10.0 wine for sure
