Very sweet ! Got a sharp tone when you swallow. Leaves an aftertaste in the middle of your tongue which is tangy and sticky and that’s what I don’t like. Good with cheese and snacks. — 7 years ago

Honestly it’s so good ! Little tangy on the til of your tongue. Was great after opening for two days. Went well with the aged manchega but would probably pair better with a softer cheese like Brie or delchi and maybe some fruits. Woolsey at the apartment. — 7 years ago
