My first go down SB wormhole. Trying to be as focused as possible. Light in color. High acid/ medium bodied. Jalapeño , spice, raw green bell pepper. I agree pale straw. Maybe tart grapefruit. — 3 months ago

Definitely like this a lot. I think fresh greens. Well balanced and rounded in the palate. Off dry sort of medium tannins compared to the Sonoma county I had. The more I have the more I like. Maybe even a little white stone fruity. Gravel or stone minerals . Acid doesn’t crush you off the rip — 3 months ago

Kinda similar SB body. Definitely high acid with a sharper finish. Gives it this dry mouthfeel. So I guess higher tannins. Still learning. Definitely tart sour green apple. — 3 months ago

Like this a little more. Passionfruit bomb for me. High acid. A little margarita-y mix lime to it. Minerality that’s welcomed. Drinks like a 13%. — 3 months ago
