At Terroir in Tribeca. Nice marriage of the 3C blend. Cinsault aromatics on the nose. Cab hits palette first followed by burst of cherries and slight white pepper from Cinsault. Carignan adds some additional tannins and acid lift that seals the deal. — 9 years ago
