These old vineyards do well in curve ball vintages such as 2013. Bright and pretty on the nose, cinnamon and potpourri fill the nose, with fresh strawberries and raspberries with hints of menthol rounding out the nose. Cranberries and red cherries are exuberant on the palate, giving way to blackberries and anise. Finish is a little short. — 8 years ago
