What a wonderful champagne with a long aftertaste and hints of apple and slight notes of toasted almonds. Had this wine with roasted vegetables, Italian hams and selection of cheeses. It did not disappoint as it has the full body test to work well with the selection. — 3 months ago

So much freshness and complexity. Pear, apricot, pomelo, seashell, brioche, and touch of honey. Delicate energetic mousse. Lovely touch of lightly oxidative note.
