Pale lemon in color.Light and elegant nose and medium in body, with medium plus sized bubbles. Dry on the palate with medium acidity. Showing citrus, lemons, green and red apples, light earth, minerals and light spices.Nice finish with limes and light almonds. Well balanced, elegant and rich. Fruit forward with nice complexity. Good right out of the bottle, and better after 30 minutes of airtime.Not bitter nor tart. I like these kind of sparkling wines. Very tasty and feels very young.
