Easy drinking and very inviting. Tangy and interesting. Nicely balanced with a spicy mouthfeel.
100% Pinot Noir grapes were aged in (45% new) French Oak barrels for 16 months.

Dark inky in color with a short purple rim.
Strong nose of blackberries, black currants, cooked plums, cedar, vanilla, licorice, tobacco, coffee, dried figs, spices, chocolates, black pepper and light herbs.
Full-bodied and smooth with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and very fruity on the palate with black currants, blackberries, black plums, cooked cherries, spices, cedar, licorice, chocolates, tobacco, herbs and peppercorn.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a delicious Petite Sirah/Tempranillo blend from Paso Robles. Elegant, spicy and smooth. Complex, bold and entertaining. Tangy and interesting.
Drinking very nicely right out of the bottle with lots of Petite Sirah notes. As it opens up, the Tempranillo shows up. Really loved the nose after 3 hours of airtime.
Delicious now, and will continue to age nicely in the next 7 to 10 years.
Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food. Paired very nicely with Havarti cheese.
A blend of 50% Petite Sirah, 40% Tempranillo and 10% Mourvedre.

This Merlot from Lalande de Pomerol in Bordeaux is spicy and entertaining. Nicely balanced and complex.
Drinking very nicely now, as a 6 year old, and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 years.
Needs an hour in the decanter to open up, but showing a pretty nose right out of the bottle.
Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food. Kosher and not Mevushal.

This is a gorgeous Pinot Noir from Cote d'Or in Burgundy. Still rich, with plenty of fruits. Elegant and nicely balanced. Complex and interesting.
This 17 year old Pinot Noir is peaking now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 years.

This Single Vineyard Cabernet needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly, and will continue to age nicely in the next 15 years.
Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food.
Aged in Neutral French oak barrels for 18 months.

This young Cabernet Sauvignon from Oakville is already drinking beautifully. Nicely balanced, complex and engaging. Elegant, tangy and rich. Soft and smooth.
Delicious right out of the bottle, easy to drink, and very approachable. As it opens up, more earth notes show up.
Showing a great nose. Spicy and entertaining.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 15 years, and showing good potential to become a 94+ point wine.
I've had a few vintages of this wine and it is very consistent, and so much better with age.
A great sipping wine that paired nicely with my Leg of Lamb dish.

The Walls Vineyards Stanley Groovy Don't Explain Chardonnay 2024, Yakima Valley, Washington State
Yellow in color with a golden hue.
Fruity nose of citrus, apples, lemons, pears, light earth, oak, spices and light honey notes.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate and fruit forward with yellow apples, oak, light vanilla, spices, earth, herbs and minerals.
Nice length on the finish with lemons and light marzipan.
This is a very tasty Chardonnay from Yakima Valley in Washington State. Creamy, spicy and entertaining. Nicely balanced with a buttery mouthfeel.
Would be nice to revisit it in a couple of years and see how it evolves.
This Single Vineyard Chardonnay is good by itself as a sipping wine, and a good for parties or the pool.
100% Chardonnay grapes were aged in stainless steel, concrete egg vats and oak barrels for 10 months on the lees.
