This 6 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from Coombsville is drinking beautifully now. Big and bold. Rich and extracted.
Well balanced with a soft mouthfeel. Fruit forward and elegant, with great complexity, especially on the palate.
Good right out of the bottle, and better with airtime.
I've had a few vintages of this wine and it always delivers. This 2019 vintage is drinking much better now than it was two years ago. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.

Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.
This 4 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is still very young, but already drinking beautifully. Complex and interesting.
A different kind of Napa Cabernet. Fruit forward, but not 'in your face' kind of wine. Elegant and restrained.
I gave it 3 hours in the decanter, but it might not been enough. The high alcohol is nicely integrated already.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 20 years. Would be nice to revisit it in 7 years and see how it evolves. Has good potential to become a 94+ point wine.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged in (65% new) French Oak barrels for 18 months. A tiny production of only 5 barrels.

This 13 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from the great 2012 vintage, is drinking beautifully now, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.
A good quality wine, with nice complexity and mouthfeel. Well balanced and elegant.
I've enjoyed many different vintages of this wine over the years, from older to younger, and it never fails to deliver.
Good by itself as a sipping wine, and will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak.

This 4-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is drinking very fresh and young. Fruit forward with lots of earth notes to compliment it.
Rich, elegant and not in your face kind of Napa Cabernet. Spicy and tangy. Complex and interesting.
Showing a really nice nose, once it opened up, with lots of earth notes. Reminds me of a Left Bank Bordeaux. Delicious.

This is a very unique Napa Cabernet. Still very young, but showing so much elegance and richness, which is very unique at this stage. Well balanced, smooth complex. Easy drinking and spicy.
Good right out of the bottle, but so much better after 2 hours in the decanter.
I've had a few older vintages of this wine, which I loved, and this is not what I expected at this young age. Really enjoyed it.
A good quality wine that will continue to age nicely in the next 15 to 20 years.
