I'm taking a poll: do you pronounce it Paso Robles or Paso Robles?
So, this is a pretty good effort. A fair amount of vanilla oakiness laying over the blackberries and blueberries, but it's good tonight with Chicago deep dish. I think I'm just glad it's the weekend.

Light and lively fruit, with a bit of earthiness that makes it interesting enough. Acidity is a bit flat, as @Tom Casagrande noted on an earlier vintage. Nice with baked brie and Benny Goodman. — 6 days ago

This is a once in a lifetime bottle! I will not be buying it a 2nd time.

Ah, Vietti. Always good. Our dear friend Val has flown in for my wife's birthday, and we are popping a few bottles tonight. This is a very nice expression of Nebbiolo. Lively and fruity, with a touch of rose petal and a little chocolate (on the nose).

A lot going on here, and it's good. Smells like cola and chocolate. Tastes like milk chocolate, plums, medjool dates, brown sugar? Dry, tannic, puckery finish, but with lower acidity. Delicious, and a meal into itself.
