2021 -Vintage- BlackBerry, plum, compote, spice, a heavy dose of oak , acid is a little low, big tannins, — a month ago
2023-Vintage - reduced sulfide stink I double decanted it and it finally came around green apple, marzipan , medium plus / high acidity 13.0 ABV it took a while — a month ago
2014 - Vintage - red rim color, dark base color, roasted meat, Stoney ,blackberry fruit, leather, med minus tannins( slowly softening) — 6 days ago
2024-Vintage - very light bodied SB , light straw color,light gooseberry, grassy, medium to medium plus acidity 12.5% ABV refreshing but not super interesting — 19 days ago
2023 -Vintage - rose made from Pinot Noir and Zweigelt - surprisingly good (the label didn’t really draw me) med plus acidity with a Pinot Noir like character in the aroma and a slight backend spice which I guess to be the Zweigelt -lower-ish ABV 12.5%ABV worked well with my scallops — a month ago
2024 - Vintage - Torrontes - with typical muscat like aromatics, small amount of residual sugar, decent acid to balance the RS had with tofu stir fry did the trick — 6 days ago
2017 - vintage - this got lost in my cellar - unfiltered or throwing a sediment- subtle spice, pomegranate, So balanced, so pretty, it seems to be really nice 8 years on , I wouldn’t hold too much longer, what a treat 13.0% ABV — 20 days ago
2023-Vintage - light yellow with green hue, gooseberry, grapefruit, medium minus acidity( would love it if it had higher acidity it’s seemed flabby) medium bodied 13.5%ABV — a month ago
