Savory, fruit and texture driven blend of Etna’s Carricante plus three other local grapes. It displays a clear and bright, light straw yellow appearance backed up by attractive high toned aromatics of citrus and white stone fruits.

On the palate, it is oak-free, medium bodied and nicely balanced with an ample supply of juicy acidity and perfumed fruit that gives the Bianco a long, satisfying finish. Overall, this is an elegant and flavorsome sip-and-savor wine that should appeal to just about anyone.

Much as they claim on the Back label, the 2021 is an elegant (Burgundian) styled Pinot Noir. Attractive red berry appearance, backed up with confirming aromas and flavors. There is a surprising amount of vitality in the 2018 Campion Pinot Noir from the Santa Lucia Highlands.

It displays a medium ruby/red appearance, and is backed up by attractive, hi toned, floral/red berry, aromatics and flavors.

It is softly structured, but well balanced with ample fruit, crisp acidity and light, dusty tannins at the finish.

It should be a perfect partner for tonight’s planned mushroom-flecked risotto. Best when slightly chilled, to reveal everything it has to offer.
