This wine grew on me over time and was better day 2. A more contemplative fiano- the texture demands it almost. Tons of minerality and almost absurdly dry in character. 14.5% on the bottle but didn’t feel it. — 10 months ago

Really a mind expanding wine. Would never have guessed Aglianico or 2008 or 15%. Quite herby and earthy but with some core of fruit too - long finish with good acid. Lovely mouthfeel as well. And a great pairing with Marcella Hazan’s long cooked bolognese. — a year ago
