This is a Bourgogne blanc.

Nose: lime zest. Mineral. Elegant. Yellow fruit.

Palate: some richness. Mineral. Great acidity. Delicious. Amazing with food.

This is likely better than a 9.6. But it’s coiled.

Nose: yellow apple. Dried apricot. Dense. Orange blossom.

Palate: dense. Dried apricot. Bright. Delicious but serious. Some wax. Great internal aromatics. Long. Clinging. Almost like drinking auslese without the sugar.

Such a great change of pace wine.

Maximally delicious. Almost too much but not quite so.

Optimal after 45 minutes.

Nose: yellow flowers. The aroma of a perfect peach whose juice is dripping down your chin. A hint of dried apricot.

Palate: unbelievably delicious. Peach. Apricot. Long. Still some mountain stream here. As this opens apricot nectar. Insane.

It’s a lot of wine but it holds together. One of my favorite wines on earth. If you can’t enjoy this, you can’t enjoy life.

Palate: delicious. Orchard fruits. So expansive aromatically. Almost escapes the mouth. Vibrant. Mineral. So long. Rich as it opens. Citrus fruits as it opens.

More savory with air. Crazy. A perfectness.

The finish is a fucking symphony. So long. So salty. Savory. Bright. Mineral. Jesus ! All in perfect harmony. Wow. Just wow.
