@Shay Aldriedge WOW!! This Pinot had me at Baci! I was like a little kid in a candy store when I opened it. Could not wait to get my hands on it. This is a new vineyard for me. Shay is as kind enough to share some of their bottles with me. Wow this s was good!!!! Everything I love in a Pinot! It was firing harmoniously on all cylinders. The Nose immediately demands that you pay attention for what is to follow. On the palate, the acidity was there, it was lively and light and danced across your palate. I love the oak and you can definitely pick up on the terroir. Dark fruit - strawberry (favorite), cherry and something else that I can't quite put my finger on. Whatever it is, it was awesome! LOL. I also love the spice notes on the back. All I can say is this winery is 2 for 2 in my book and I would absolutely jump all over this!!!
I'm trying to lower my inventory levels and will definitely be purchasing this Pinot and their Cab!

Vino liquoroso ottimo con dolci — 7 years ago
no fermentazione malo lattica
dosaggio tra 8-10g/l
48 mesi lieviti e 6 mesi riposo dopo sboccatura.
Prima aromi fruttati: lampone, mirtillo. Poi note floreali: rosa, pompelmo rosa, arancio. Infine: note calde, dolci, speziate del legno, sfumature frutti secchi, cacao, cioccolato. In bocca: sferico, cremoso, denso, equilibrato, goloso. Chardonnay: mineralità e freschezza e note floreali.

Great find from our friend at Baci Baci in Serangoon Garden. Powerful and pairing very well with tagliata tonight. 2007 vintage — 9 years ago
— 9 years ago
Took typically dry varieties and made them sweet. Good, not as sweet as the white blend. Sweet wine drinkers will really enjoy it. — 10 years ago
