2012 vintage. At Bistro Belhara, Paris. Medium ruby hue. Black Forest fruits, some tan leather and tobacco, savoury spices and earth. The oak is fairly subtle and alluring. Quite complex despite its youth. On the palate, medium plus acidity, medium plus body, plush velvety tannins, some powerful concentration of flavour - some red fruits on the palate. Decent finish - quite long although slight sour finish (which fades with about 30 mins of airing). Has the body and umph of a Corton. Very nice. Drink now until 2027. — 8 years ago
