Quite similar to the Bicento, where this Eremo is also made from 200-years old vines, and the wine being robust, intense, and pitch dark. The striking difference is however the richness of the fruit and the smoothness. Very pleasant indeed! — 4 years ago

This is a full-bodied & concentrated 100% Aglianico from Campania, Italy. The vineyards are understood to be 200-years old in Campi Taurasini, hence the name of the wine ‘Bicento’ (twice hundred).
