Rock solid C.C. Riserva with all the usual trademarks in place. A bit fancy for pizza maybe but a great end to a May long weekend. Will drink the other bottle soon (as one reviewer noted, this unlikely to last a long stretch). — 3 years ago
Collaborative rose wine between C.C. & Cosecha Imports; an amazing wine agency specialising in Spanish wines and based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
They call it an "unconventional and funky" wine which I think frames it the wrong way. In fact, it is a serious wine that is miles away from the candy bubblegum rose that is everywhere. It is rich, complex, structured, and refreshing. Killer with fish, summer vegetables and our backyard. — 4 years ago
The 2010 is a mouthful of black cherry, dark not too sweet chocolate. Well done. — 10 years ago
Excellent with red meat. Very berry. Not too heavy or light, medium body. So good. — 7 years ago
Sipping Fine Wine
A great Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 18 months in French oak, about 50% new, deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruits, cigar box, lavender and spicy scents. On the palate flavors of black cherry, plum and currants with cacao, floral and minty notes. Fine dusty tannins, long finish ending with fruit, leather, tobacco, espresso and earthy character on a long finish. Very Nice. Will age. — 2 months ago
