Collaborative rose wine between C.C. & Cosecha Imports; an amazing wine agency specialising in Spanish wines and based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
They call it an "unconventional and funky" wine which I think frames it the wrong way. In fact, it is a serious wine that is miles away from the candy bubblegum rose that is everywhere. It is rich, complex, structured, and refreshing. Killer with fish, summer vegetables and our backyard. — 5 years ago

A gift from a special brother-in-law enjoyed with our last dinner of 2021. Very dark in the glass releasing smoked mango notes when nosed. A sip suggests cocoa-dusted dark cherries in velvet. It goes down easy but finish is long and lingering warm and pleasant. I really enjoyed this bottle of wine! — 4 years ago

Very solid C.C. that would work very nicely as a go to on pizza night or with Sunday pranzo. Great acid, earthy, medium finish. Not extravagant but hits all the typical notes of the varietal and then some. Very nice QPR as well ($20.) — 4 years ago
