Some cherry and strawberry on the palate, starting to give way to tertiary flavors. Medium acidity, and subtle tannins, almost fully resolved. Great balance, in a beautiful spot right now. Deep inky purple, dark carmine rim. Refined legs.
Constantly evolving nose: mulberry, saskatoon, sweet spices, black pepper, licorice, blueberry, black currant leaf, raspberry, flowers... chocolate.
Medium-plus body, well-structured and balanced. Mulberry, chokeberry, thorns, huckleberry, cocoa, raspberry, black cherry.
Lingering finish.
