Intense and balanced. Amazing colour. — 4 years ago
Light coppery coloured. Red fruit/stone fruit aromas. Palate full of red fruit, white stone fruit and creamy texture.
Deliciously dry finish. Great with the Salt Cod Croquettes and Mullaway. — 6 years ago
In my view ok, full bodied and very drinkable - 9 because my wife really liked it! — 9 years ago
This wine needs to breathe a bit to enjoy fully. This white blend is made from hand-selected Encruzado (50%) Malvasia Fina (30%) and Gouveio (20%) grapes. A blend of Encruzado, which brings loads of citrus, minerality, and rich texture, Verdelho, lending spice, and the highly aromatic grape Malvasia. The combination is complex, with flavors ranging from creamy-citrus to flinty-mineral. An excellent introduction to Portuguese white wine, and a solid choice if you're in need of a little excitement in the white wine area. — 5 years ago
Cassis! All sorts of wonderful red fruit aromas. Av very interesting Jaen (mencia)from Portugal's Dao region. Noves of oaky vanilla, undergrowth, red fruits and spice dominate this well balanced wine. Age it a few years and decand for 30 to 45 min tasting often. — 7 years ago

What a great medium bodied wine. Super balance and highly drinkable. Reminded me of a great Cru Beaujolais. — 3 years ago
