Part of a mini vertical. One of the tiniest AOPs in France. Lovely. — 8 years ago

Delectable says it’s the white but it was the the red - interesting Folle Noire local red grape. Almost an edge of cab franc to this with Bordeaux cedar on the palate. Drunk at the chateau on the terrace by the chapel after a tour of their cellars. — 3 years ago

Smooth yet bold at finish. Fruity but dry. — 9 years ago
From a very small appellation, this herbal, tobacco-laced wine with lots of gritty, earthy, stony tannin almost reminded me of an Italian wine on a blind tasting. Unique and delicious. — 10 years ago
Bellet rosé. There will come a time in the near future when I may put away the rosé for awhile, but today is not that day. Really pretty pale pink color. Floral, strawberry, nectarine aroma. Tastes like strawberries, and rhubarb with plenty of well-integrated acid to back it up. — 11 years ago
Meyer lemon rind, honeydew melon, passion fruit, gardenias, saline, dried herbs, fresh tarragon. Excellent rounded acidity, oily-juicy texture, medium bodied, salty-floral-herbal crisp finish. Highly aromatic, rich texture with nervy acid, persistent saline makes this an incredible food wine. — 11 years ago
