Bas Armagnac distilled in 1979 bottled in 2009. Insanely smooth and perfect. 30 years in oak. — 9 months ago
Plastic beach ball, peach, lemon, honey, oyster shell. I think this is technically dry, but there is quite a lot of ripe stonefruit and honey. Medium citrus acidity balances things out with lingering mineral notes.
Balanced and way too drinkable for 13% ABV. Yum — 2 years ago
Bought for finishing a sauce, but actually a great end of meal — 10 months ago

Dark ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of bramble berries, purple flowers and fresh herbs. Red raspberry, red currant and red cherry flavors dominate the palate with a hint of blueberry, roasted nuts and wet soil. Nice savory finish. Very little tannin and a nice amount of acidity. — 6 months ago
