2021. The third installment of Other Half Finger Lakes ongoing collaboration with Chepika Wines. This beer was fermented with OH house culture in two french oak barrels that formerly held the Catawba 2020 and 2019 releases. After extended aging, the blend was conditioned on lightly pressed Catawba grape pommace. Very acidic when cold directly from the fridge, but that mellowed a bit and the citrus flavors and funky aromas filled in when it warmed. I liked it more every drink. — 3 years ago
