This has well integrated components of the wood and is showing the deep harmonious notes of autumn; decaying leaf mould, slightly browning apple skin/pulp, clean hummus. It is all tertiary sweetness. — 2 years ago

Near perfection....smooth butterscotch, carmel, cream with just enough complex apple and cinnamon spice on the nose. Medium body with a finish that lasts for minutes. My wife’s birth year and it’s nearly as impressive as she is. Worth every single penny!!! — 6 years ago

Only about 2 years on wood. This has a bit of pear in it as well which shows in a delicate perfume of yellow skined fruits. This should be very interesting to riff with as a base for white spirit cocktails. — 2 years ago
