Wow. Leave it to the dessert wine to run away with Wine of the Night! Honeyed cashews, honeyed stone fruits, guava, pineapple, caramel and honeycomb. Like a lighter version of Dolce. Insanely good! @Peggy Hadley : It was paired with traditional Napoleon, which is fitting given the history of this wine...”Napoleon drank it on the island of St Helena to find solace in his lonely exile” according to the producers of this wine. Incredible pairing.
