A rarer varietal in the Okanagan, we slightly chilled this Dolcetto and enjoyed with a home made Puttanesca pasta dish. The wine opens with a youthful light purple colour, lively nose full of chocolate and blueberries. The palate is soft and crushable with flavours of pomegranate and cranberry. A delicious rarity that I wish I had bought more than one bottle from the winery this summer. — 2 months ago

Nicely balanced Sauternes, with honey, flowers and golden raisins on the nose and restrained sweetness on the palate that lingers pleasantly. A little lightweight compared to other Sauternes I’ve had, but lighter and balanced beats heavier and cloying all day long. Enjoyed the 2017 vintage with contraband foie gras on New Year’s Day. — 4 years ago
