Celebrating! Not too fruity. — 8 years ago
The nose opens with brioche, and a lovely limestone and chalk minerality. On the palate, the wine opens up with a refreshing acidity with a gradual transition to Granny Smith Apple, pineapple and a long creamy finish. It reminds me of Roederer Estate at half the price. — 11 years ago

NV | Fine effort of Cordoniu, this chardonnay that is a hommage to the ancestors who made cava with this grape. Refreshing, good acidity, great p/q. Paired with an English breakfast with eggs, baked beans and bacon, also with an Italian starter: asparagus with tomato, strawberries in creamsauce with gruyere and parmiggianno. — 4 years ago
