Ebon and inscrutable, lacing showing creamy curtain to cosmic shatter; coffee ice cream colored. Moist, rum raisin cake baking alongside Black Forest cake with walnuts. Heavy lavender in a rough cut oak crate, makes this smell really beautiful. Vanilla and caramel chocolates entice. Bakers dark unsweetened chocolate, tastes of aniseed, clove, nutmeg, peppercorn; the whole toasty barrel. Burnt fig, cinnamon, espresso bean, with a clear charred oak concealing allspice and malt, in line with its working spirit. Impressive beer, evoking coal and tar pits with its smoky, austere reimagining of dark vulcan arts. Not a sweet one, but fiery and thick on the edges of the cauldron. — 5 years ago

Beautiful fresh summer red berries accented by smoke & spice. Juicy acid frames the fruit. This is straightforward and delicious. I have no idea if there is another Gamay/Persan blend in this world, but I’d buy it. This is a definitive Leo Kottke collection and makes a great target if you’re ever crate digging. — 6 years ago

Tag isn’t exact. Very very good.. got on auction 1 of 1 during sale.. so I like canine too so.. ya lol.. hoopla hoopes and the vintner vineyard is on point.. solid drink on its own.. really darn good compliment def a 9+ .. + a dog jumping through a hoop on label.. sign me up a crate if there was 1.. 😁 — 5 years ago
