Reserve Broken Press Syrah 2012

2012 vintage is exceptional, perfect balance and after 11 years I think this was optimum time to open. Served with Prime Rib Steaks on the BBQ — a year ago

Niagara Peninsula Gamay 2017

Very nice spiciness, peppery, fruity notes, really pairs well with the umami and salt of ramen for corries bday! — 4 years ago

Red Tractor

Niagara Peninsula Cabernet Merlot Blend 2017

Picked this up at Creekside Winery and fell head over heels for this cab franc 😍Melli but complex mouse and that continues into the mouth. Medium to full bodied with strong tones of dark jams and very subtle hints of tart cherry. — 5 years ago

Pale lemon color.
Aromas of tropical fruit, herbaceous.
Dry. Flavors of lime, kiwi, papaya, hint of green bell pepper, some minerality. Bright, fresh, and juicy!

Niagara Peninsula Sauvignon Blanc

very light, almost flavorless at first... you get a light citrusy fruitiness after a bit. Gets a bit heavier when warmer, but then it ends drily. Would be a good summer sipper, but there's not a lot to this either. — 4 years ago

Thompson Creek Cider

Creekside Dry Blend Apple Outlaw

Bottled 2016, contains heirloom varieties from their own orchard in Applegate, Oregon: Arkansas Black, Blenheim Red, Macintosh and Rome Beauty. Very clear, yellow brown color, light to moderate carbonation, rapidly collapsing head. Very good mix of flavors; their label claims a profile of “apricot, honeydew, tropical fruit and green apple”. I would back the first three claims. Crisp and dry, as advertised. A touch too much wood for my taste, but otherwise well crafted with an excellent array of fruit. No bitterness and minimal astringency. Good value — 4 years ago
