Modern-style Savagnin (100%) from a blue and white marne soils. Topped-up, Non-oxidized to preserve freshness. Fresh, mineral nose with subtly nutty aromas and hints of mint. Quite round. Flavors of apple and citrus. Good acidity and minerality — 4 years ago

Traditional style Savagnin. Aged under flor (sous voile) for about 3 years, half the time required for Vin Jaune. It’s like a mini Vin Jaune, with a complex, quite intense nose, lots of spicy aromas. Sharp, mineral on the palate. Lively, vibrant, very tasty (sapidité). Great length, hazelnuts flavors. Extraordinary value — 4 years ago
Only GC from Brisset. Heavenly nose. Like the first time I got Bergman. It’s so overwhelming. Floral. Mineral. Heavenly spectrum of fruit. Black cherry, white cherry, cassis, almost a liquer like intensity, so so so floral. Deep, structured, insane tiny berry fruit intensity. This is insane. Lean and long finish. So closed but so good. Someone said it reminded them of Ligier-Belair La Romanee. World class wine.
Now after 7-8hours open its epic. Combo of floral and mineral that is just so good. Pure black plum, black cherry, deep red cherry, palate is just insane, huge power, depth and concentration with awesome black and red very embryonic fruits and plenty of acid and tannin. Long, nimble and so so pure. Really a masterclass. It just is so young only thing holding it back. Wait 10 years . — 5 years ago
