Excellent. Full bodied, well-blended flavors. Dry, just slightly peppery — 4 years ago

Pink orange color and visible carbonation. Peach, citrus, grapefruit on the nose. The palate is immediately interesting with a frizzante feel and good flavour intensity of peach skin, grapefruit; it’s got this this fresh green bell pepper note… Plus salinity, high acidity, medium body, a low alcohol feel, and a medium mineral (ash like) finish. Chose this Txakolina for the seven course maíz and fish meal at Pujol. Rating from that angle the wine was a great accompaniment as some of it’s components were found in the food itself. Cheers. — a year ago

Notes of pear and apricot, with hints of oak but not much. I loved this for a night of tapas with friends. — 4 hours ago
