Lovely easy drinking burger wine. Great btg pour at the local gastropub — 2 years ago
Fantastic discovery, and a wine with serious fun factor. A bit closed aromatically, this really shines in the mouth. Textured and broad, generous and round but still hanging on to vital acidity, this coats the mouth with green apple, honeyed pear and white flower notes. The textural harmony continues through the finish, where this lingers nicely. This has good impact yet is refreshing as well. Tasty stuff. — 2 years ago
This starts off with a slightly distracting, sour lactic-y note on the nose, but in the mouth, it’s a fiesta . As the name implies, this is very fun and easy to drink, great for parties. Peachy, with a creamy, leesy edge but plenty of acidity to keep things lively. Pet-nat. — 2 years ago
@Delectable this is the Aurore cuvée, thank you. My first Ctx de Béziers, to the south of Saint Chinian and Faugueres. I believe it's 50 / 50 Chardonnay and Viognier. Hyper modern, super ripe with pineapple and vanilla flavors. Very weighty on the palate. Was not expecting this, and it's very well made for what it is, if not necessarily my style. — 2 years ago
Natural wine done right, and a welcome, elegant take on the appellation. Blue fruited and high toned on the nose, this has good intensity on the palate yet maintains refinement, and a crunchy edge. Earth driven, there is a ferrous, sanguine quality to the fruit, and this develops nice complexity with air. Stays clean, this avoids the typical natural wine pitfalls with air exposure. Great producer, lovely wine. — 2 years ago

Great effort from a domaine on the rise. 80 / 20 Syrah / vio. Textured, detailed and super elegant. An ephemeral wine that belies its sudiste roots. Leaves an impression. If this is the future of wine from the gard / Herault, we’re all in good hands — 2 years ago
