Fox Fire Farms

Bodegas y Viñedos Maurodos

Viña San Román Toro Tempranillo 2012

Vanilla bean pods, cedar cigar box, blueberry preserves, overripe plum, fig, and star anise make up a generous nose. Viscous, black fruits dominate the mouthfeel, with secondary notes of leather and licorice. Chewy tannins linger with blackberry pie and charred oak flavors. Acidity hangs in just enough to stay balanced. Paired with a Creekstone Farms ribeye... but would also go well with chocolate cake or alongside a winter fire. — 6 years ago

Fox Fire Farms

Merlot

This is a Cab... not sure why I can't change it. I guess I just don't get this app... anyway, this was absolutely phenomenal! — 8 years ago
