Still smooth perfect with the salmon — 5 years ago
White Bluffs, Estate White Blend. Blend of Sauvignon Blanc (Bacchus, Gamache Vyds) and Semillon (Dionysus Vyds). Pale white, excellent clarity. White floral aromas, citrus and orchard fruit flavors, slight seed bitterness but good fruit and acid. Everyday sipping or food wine, we paired it with flatbread. And you know it’s good because it has a reliable screw cap- no leaks, no accidental oxidation. Drink up! — 2 years ago
Incredible wine, great with pork. Great for a cool, late summer night. — 4 years ago

Smooth on the palate. Hints of blackberry and raisin. Sweet aroma. Easy to drink. Delightful finish. We drank the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon. — 3 years ago
Wow. Love this at the price point. Deep rich flavor with smooth finish on the tannins. — 7 years ago

Still drinking pretty decently after 17 years! The tannins and fruits still working together. Good reviews at a recent blind cab tasting. — 10 months ago
