Pale white, pristine clarity. Aroma of flowers, maybe pine/pineapple. Slight viscosity, almost dry. Back label is accurate, speaking of flavors like orange peel with hints of peach and spice. Honeysuckle? Maybe. Slight seed bitterness on finish. Not crisp but decent acidity. One of the best Oregon GTs I’ve had, honestly - great fruit handled minimally and sensitively. Bravo — 7 days ago
Liked this 2018 better than the 2019. Rich flavors came through stronger than 2018. More fruit with some licorice tones and a little pepper. Great wine — a year ago
