Yum… it took a little time to open up, but became a very happy companion featuring red fruit and a linear profile… Led by 50% cab sauv, supported by 20% Franc, 20% PV and 10% Merlot. Nice balance of acidity and mouth feel to make a happy dance partner for a midweek meal :) I think the overall impression is that the oak was restrained - leaving enough acid/tannin to be effective yet allow for a sense of youthful fruit on the attack. — 3 years ago

A pleasant low altitude rendering of this Acid friendly varietal… This can be summed up as a deliciously lush/creamy pineapple-driven mineral bomb. Simple yet complex. 3 full years from harvest = elegant. — 2 years ago
Blackberry, cherry, raspberry, currant, vanilla, plum and oak. Good structure and moderate tannins. — 5 years ago
Cherry, raspberry, currant, dusty leather, cranberry and oak. Light-bodied and soft tannins. — 4 years ago
If Ingleside was to be described by three wines, one would be their Albariño. Almost cider like with crisp juicy apple from nose to palate with mandarin orange, lemon blossom, and juicy pear colliding in the smoothest of ways. Juicy acidity and mouth watering texture this Virginia white wine adds to the Virginia repertoire for unique wines — 6 years ago
