It’s de rigeur to dismiss modern Napa Cab as minimal variations on the same predictable theme.....but I defy anyone to sway my opinion that this wine delivers hedonistic pleasures similar in feel to the first time I saw a bikini clad Cheryl Ladd fight the bad guys on a yacht in her network debut on Charlie’s Angels back in ‘78.
