Peppery, herbal, big. Reminds of a good non Rhône Syrah. Exiting wine. Should improve over the years. — 7 years ago

No real notes. Orange peel, cherry, tar, rose petals. All the things you expect from a nicely born nebbiolo. The palate is nice with good acid drive and some grippy tannins. Orange marneladd, cherry, almond touches accompany this great acid drive all along. The tannins are pointy and drying and giving way to a long cherry, Orange peel finish that goes on for a vdy long while, with thar drying layer and that discreet yet fun bitter touch toward the end. Not the best barbaresco I've had but getting more friendly with time and air. Good, yet affordable stuff. — 6 months ago
