1988 Domaine Armand Rousseau Chambertin Burgundy. Drank at Le Petit Paris w P & R. This wine was nuanced and super interesting. Paul favored this over the 1990 Cheval Blanc. This wine was sour cherry, wet stone, graphite, minerals on the nose and a smooth, long finish. Such a treat! — 9 years ago
